Terms and Conditions 

A deposit is required to reserve your yoga retreat space which can be made below.

The deposit is non-refundable. The Deposit is transferable to another attendee. Full balance is due 60 days before start date of retreat. If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to the yoga retreat start date, any payments made will be refunded, minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to the retreat start date, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited.

Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. There are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Sagrada Wellness will be refunded. Under such circumstances, notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Sagrada Wellness cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

Do you need travel insurance?

The short answer is: Yes; if you are planning a trip and are hypersensitive to unknown medical expenses or lost money due to cancellation - travel insurance will most likely be right for you.

Buying a plan is a smart move if you are feeling cautious about the cost of your trip, possible illness or injury of you or a loved one, or potential weather-related cancellations or interruption. 

When considering a plan, take inventory of the components of your trip. A comprehensive travel insurance plan could protect you if your trip should be cancelled or interrupted.

Sagrada Wellness LLC reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel a yoga retreat.
