Itinerary
Keflavik (KEF) is Iceland's primary international airport located about 48 km west of Reykjavik. There are many direct flights from many U.S. and European cities to Keflavik (KEF). The village of Laugarvatn, where Sagrada Iceland Yoga Retreats are offered, sits on the shore of a stunning lake with the same name. 60 minutes from Reykjavik capital and 90 minutes from Keflavik International Airport. Renting a car is the most convenient way of getting around Iceland and offers you much flexibility and freedom. We highly recommend planning additional days before or after the retreat to explore the many wonders of the country including Iceland's capital Reykjavik. Driving in Iceland is wonderful and scenic everywhere, yet the weather is known to change without much notice, so confident driving skills are advised.
1st Day of Retreat - Arrive and marvel at the beauty

2nd Day of Retreat - Get grounded. Root to Rise.
7:00-8:00 Qi Gong with Eva Inglizian. Ground Us into the Now
8:00-10 shared buffet breakfast to nourish the senses
10:30-12 yoga class, vinyasa flow, invigorate and let go of stagnation
12:00 - 1 communal lunch, conversation, let's get to know each of the new sweet smiles
2:00 Fontana Hot Springs. Meet in the lobby. Everyone will walk to Fontana together. Soak, unwind, heal, and completely rejuvenate, leaving any bit of jet lag behind. Plunge into the beautiful cold lake for a truly lymphatic detoxing, health-promoting dunk. Alternating hot and cold is part of the healthy tradition here. We have grown to love it! Feel the warmth and tingle after the cold. I promise you'll be hooked!
